[Megaman X: 'the MR']

Somewhat good

After the first listening I had a good impression about it. I love the team anyway which is mostly why I watched it. Anyway, there is my review:

The humour was ok, with a storyline barely based on the game itself. The principle of having the reverse situation was somehow interesting but not pushed over to parody a lot the basics of the game itself. Some jokes weren't interesting while some were. The text reading Sigma could be skipped it wasn't a big deal for the viewer. It should have been presented or introduced somehow more like the real game for a maximum effect, since it's a game pardoy as well.

Graphics were drawed in a ok way. As exemple there were no shadowing effects in most of the case. Good point is the animation is well done with it. Mouths were well set on the voices and well animated as well. Backgrounds isn't the strong point ether but there again I didn't feel it as disturbing.

The voiceacting was good enough. No scratchy sounds from the microphone and about all the same voice level. That's good. Music choices from Megaman was nice and remembered me when I played those games. Always like to hear them. Most of the movie was dialogs anyway.

By the overall, I liked it and watched it twice. You have put efforts into this and the results are there. I hope you can experiment some more on the storylines. You are already skilled with the graphics. You are very close to succes.

Yeah, for this I didnt think so much about the storyline unlike what I did with the previous MMX shorts I have made (expect the first one).

But if you ever go to watch the older ones you will notice a really bif improvement in the graphics.
And same goes with the animation.

But backgrounds are something I should work on, I always find myself not having enough ideas for decent ones.

But anyways, thanks for your opinions and review!

Good humour

I agree on your point that the Sunshine crew abuses much of the same movie.

By the way you missed 2 things when you made your replica.
1. the sun has to move with the whole object whereever you click.
2. the text frame should disappear 1 frame after its shown. email me on newgorunds if you want the method.

By the way the flash is very cute ^^

As a francophone, I'd say ...

This is a nice attempt of using french skills. Unfortunately we can't hear much what they're saying. The Please Note at the beginning should have been with a continue button, just like when the flash is loaded.

Ok so here are few corrections:

Il y a un long temps
-> Il y a longtemps

Betty obtient un invitation à la partie de Bob
-> Betty obtient une invitation à la fête de Bob

Betty et Bob sont allés bien à de grands amoureux pendant la vie là entière et ont fait un amour plus passionné chaque fois, tous en raison d'une ceinture et ils sont fête d'anniversaire.
-> Betty et Bob ont trouvé le grand amour et ont fait l'amour de façon plus passionnée chaque fois, tout simplement en raison d'une ceinture et de leur anniversaires.

That was quite imaginative. Very good work and ideas, though I still don't get how your Earth's propulsion works, but whatever.
So hum, the purpose of the movie was very great, but you could have worked a bit more on graphics. At worst, ask help for it.

[Bob and Donny]

Decent

It was ok. Graphics were fine for sticks and well, thats the good point of this flash with the music.

You probly were tired when you ended it cause the animation after he hits the sign wasn't much good, which like gave me a last sight of that flash lower than it was, even if the joke was right there.

Also you could have added some more animated graphics considering air resistance when he was flying.
